Earlsbrook Subdivision Progress Update – March 2025

We are excited to share the latest updates on the development of Earlsbrook – Stage 1 in Lincoln. With ongoing efforts to bring this vibrant community to life, we are thrilled to see the project moving forward and wanted to provide you with an update on the progress so far.

Our teams are working hard on the site preparation, which includes essential earthworks to ensure the land is ready for development. Excavation, grading, and topsoil applications are all progressing at pace, and we expect to have the bulk of the earthworks for Stage 1 completed within the next 3 to 4 weeks.

Installation of key infrastructure is underway with the construction of sewer, stormwater, and utilities such as water, fibre and power. This phase is crucial for providing essential services to the new homes, and we are committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure that meets the needs of future residents.

95% of the roads in Stage 1 have been formed with the first of three pavement layers needed to construct the roads. Our first section of kerbing has been formed and will be progressively rolled out over the next few months.

We have partnered with Arvida Retirement Villages (building on the west side of Springs Rd) to build a whole new section of Springs Road between the two new developments. This partnership will produce a high-quality road whilst reducing the disruption to road users combining two separate upgrade contracts of Springs Road. The road improvements include a new signalised intersection at the main entrance to Earlsbrook. We are still targeting sealing of road pavements being completed by the end of May.
