Promotion #1 - Earlsbrook $50,000 Furniture Package Competition

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Earlsbrook (“Promoter”), together with participating Earlsbrook show home building partners (“Participating Builders”).

2. Competition

The Promoter is offering one prize of a $50,000 furniture package (“Prize”) to one eligible entrant who satisfies all entry requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions (“winner”).

The Prize is intended to assist the winner in furnishing their new home at Earlsbrook.

3. Competition Draw

The Competition runs from 19 September 2026 until 5pm 1 November 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

The Prize will be drawn on 2 November 2026 (or such later date if the Promoter extends the Promotional Period).

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

The Promoter's decision regarding the winner and the administration of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence or other communication will be entered into.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, during the Promotional Period entrants must:

1. Obtain an official Earlsbrook Passport from an Earlsbrook show home.
2. Visit Earlsbrook show homes and collect a minimum of 10 valid different stamps from different Participating Builders.
3. Complete the required details in the Earlsbrook Passport.
4. Submit the completed Earlsbrook Passport by either:
   • dropping it into any participating Earlsbrook show home; or
   • emailing a clear copy of the completed Earlsbrook Passport to info@earlsbrook.co.nz.

Each entrant must ensure that their Earlsbrook Passport is completed correctly and that their contact details are clearly provided.

5. Qualifying Purchase

To be eligible to win the Prize, the entrant must also purchase a house and land package from one of the Participating Builders (“Qualifying Package”) within 12 months of the competition draw date.

The Qualifying Package must be purchased from a Participating Builder and must meet any applicable purchase requirements specified by the Promoter and the Participating Builder.

The Promoter reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of the purchase of the Qualifying Package before making the Prize available.

The Qualifying Package must be located in the Earlsbrook or Westhaven Rolleston developments.

6. Eligibility

The competition is open to individuals who:

• are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry;
• are legally eligible to buy residential land in New Zealand at the time of entry;
• complete the Earlsbrook Passport entry requirements during the Promotional Period;
• obtain at least 10 valid different stamps from Participating Builders during the Promotional Period; 
• submit their completed Earlsbrook Passport during the Promotional Period in accordance with these Terms & Conditions; and
• subsequently purchase a Qualifying Package from a Participating Builder within 12 months of the draw date.

Employees of the Promoter, Participating Builders, their immediate families, and any other person directly involved in administering the competition are excluded from entering.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or winner and, acting reasonably, exclude any entrant or winner.

7. Winner Notification

The successful entrant will be contacted using the contact details provided on their Earlsbrook Passport.

If the successful entrant fails to respond within 14 days of being contacted, fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements, or does not purchase a Qualifying Package within the required 12-month period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further draw to select another eligible entrant.

8. Prize

The Prize is a $50,000 furniture package.

The Prize is subject to the following conditions:

• The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
• The furniture package will be arranged through a supplier or suppliers nominated by the Promoter.
• The Prize is limited to a maximum retail value of NZD $50,000 (including GST).
• The Prize does not include any costs, expenses or items not specifically included in the furniture package (such as delivery).
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute an item or component of the Prize with an alternative of similar value where reasonably necessary.  In addition, if the Prize, or any component of the Prize, is cancelled, disrupted or unable to be provided to circumstances out of the Promoter’s control, the Promoter holds no liability or responsibility to provide an alternative of similar value.
• The final selection of furniture, subject to the applicable prize value, will be agreed between the winner and the nominated furniture supplier/Promoter.
• Any item or component of the Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions by partners or suppliers. 

9. Prize Timing

The Prize will be available following confirmation that the winner has purchased the Qualifying Package and has otherwise satisfied all competition requirements in these Terms & Conditions.

10. Entry Requirements

Earlsbrook Passports containing fewer than 10 valid different stamps will not qualify.

Stamps must be obtained from different Participating Builders. The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries where stamps appear to have been duplicated, altered, falsified or otherwise obtained improperly.  The Promotor also reserves the right to reject any entrants who, in the Promoter’s opinion have acted in a fraudulent manner, breached these Terms & Conditions, or gained an unfair advantage.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

11. Changes to the Competition

The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion and at any time to amend, suspend, extend or cancel the competition or modify these Terms & Conditions.

Any significant changes will be communicated through the Earlsbrook website and/or other appropriate promotional channels.

12. Privacy

By entering the competition, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting entrants in relation to their entry, verifying eligibility and arranging the Prize.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy laws and the Promoter's privacy policy available.

13. Publicity

By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter may use the winner's name, photograph and/or reasonable details about the Prize presentation for promotional and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law and any consent required.

14. Liability

The Prize is taken entirely at the winner's own risk. The Promoter and Participating Builders will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including but not limited to any indirect or consequential loss) suffered or incurred by the winner or any other person as a result of or in connection with the competition or Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

15. New Zealand Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Promotion #2 - Prezzie Card Spot Prize Competition

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Earlsbrook (“Promoter”).

2. Competition

The Promoter is offering multiple prizes of a $100.00 prezzie card (“Prize(s)”) to eligible entrants who satisfies the entry requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions (“winner(s)”).

3. Competition Draw

The Competition runs from 12pm, 19th September 2026 until 4pm, 19th September 2026 (“Promotional Period”) at Earlsbrook, Lincoln (“Open Day”).

The Prizes will be drawn at any time during the Promotional Period.  The winners will be selected by random draw.

The Promoter's decision regarding the winner and the administration of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence or other communication will be entered into.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, during the Promotional Period entrants must have entered the required details via scanning the QR code at the Open Day.

Each entrant must ensure that their contact details are correctly provided.

5. Eligibility

The competition is open to individuals who:

• are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry;
• have entered the required details via scanning the QR code at the Open Day; and
• collect their Prize within the timeframe required by these Terms & Conditions.

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and any other person directly involved in administering the competition are excluded from entering.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or winner and, acting reasonably, exclude any entrant or winner.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

If the winner does not collect their Prize within 25mins the Prize will be redrawn in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
